New Parking Rules
established at Bella Vista Lake Condominiums
July 2011 -- To ensure everyone has a parking spot in
this fast-growing community, Bella Vista Lake Association voted in
a new rule to allow only two parking spots per household.
Parking stickers were made and given out after the car is
registered at the office..
The new rules is also contingent on your how up-to-date the
resident or owner is in their HOA fees. Those who are in
default will not get a sticker and risk getting their cars
towed. Besides the initial confusion, this system has many
advantages once enforced.
The new parking rule went into effect July 5th.
